This test measured the strength of the quadriceps and hamstrings.
The results showed that after using Kurumira, Kuriyama’s strength increased in three areas compared to before, and the risk of muscle strains was also reported to have decreased.

2.How well that maximum speed can be maintained
Here are the results (the closer the maintenance rate is to “1,” the better the endurance):
The maximum speed increased by 0.4 km/h, and the maintenance rate improved by 0.03.
As mentioned earlier, the pre-Kurumira measurement was taken when Kuriyama was not fatigued.
Even so, the results showed improvement with Kurumira.
Eye and Body Measurements
This measurement method involves touching orange dots that appear on the screen with your finger.
A total of 60 dots randomly appear on the screen, similar to a whack-a-mole game.
We measured:
1.How many seconds it took to touch all 60 dots
2.How many dots were touched correctly
Here are the results:
Surprisingly, the time it took to touch all dots decreased, and the number of correct touches increased!
As in the other sections of the study, the pre-Kurumira measurement was taken when Kuriyama was not yet fatigued.
Conversely, the post-Kurumira measurement was taken after considerable fatigue had set in.
In other words, Kuriyama’s physical condition was not optimal while using Kurumira.
Despite this, his performance improved.
Based on these results, we can say that Kuriyama’s physical abilities effectively increased across all tested areas.
Although the study was conducted on a professional athlete, the benefits of improved physical abilities aren’t limited to athletes.
Of course, even for us everyday people, enhanced physical abilities can make daily tasks easier and reduce fatigue.
